Group seeking volunteers to supplement Red Cross
The American Radio Relay League, an association of amateur radio operators, is seeking experienced emergency volunteers to help supplement communication for American Red Cross feeding and sheltering operations in Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
Special consideration will be given to operators who have successfully completed the ARRL Amateur Radio Emergency Communications course training to serve as team leaders. For more information, e-mail Katrina@arrl.org with your name and call sign, and describe any equipment available for use.
